Frequently Asked Questions

•    How much will it cost ?  Cost depends on many factors. How many pages you want, whether you want e-commerce or not, if you want a logo, flash etc. Best way to find out is to fill out our contact form describing in detail, including links to sites you like, and we’ll send you a quote or simply call 800 516=9216.

•    After the site is complete, how much will it cost to make changes?   After we’re done with your site, you have 14 days to make minor changes. Should you require extensive changes, we’ll charge you accordingly.

•    Do you offer maintenance? Yes, we do offer maintenance. Cost varies from site to site. If you have signed up for a CMS ( content management system) site, you will be able to maintain the site yourself. NOTE: you MUST have intermediate level computer skills to do this.

•    Can you help me with website content?   Yes we do, but if you need sales copy we can put you in touch with a copywriter.

•    Do we need to meet in person to get started?  Most of our website projects are done over the phone/email. We are in the Austin, Texas area and would be happy to meet with you if you so wish.

•    Do you take credit cards?   We do accept credit card payments via PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay us.

•    Do you have any references?  Yes we do, but you must be ready to start. We will provide you with email addresses only.

•    Do you offer DIY (do it yourself) web sites?  Yes we do, you only pay for hosting. NO support is provided.

•    What do I need to get started?  First of all, you will need a domain name. We can obtain this for you or you can get your own through ViewBiz, GoDaddy or others.  A 50% deposit is required. You must then supply us with any text/images you want on the site… and then we can start your project.
